Gym Rules & Regulations

Member is aware of 24 hour video recording and surveillance.

Member is not allowed to bring others into the gym for security and insurance reasons. We have specific guests policies and day pass fees.

Member is aware of Kids Corner rules: basic safety rules; no sick kids, no hitting, biting or throwing things; kids must stay in kids corner for safety; Clean up behind your child so room stays orderly; Sign child in on the handwritten form on the wall by the Kids Corner gate.

Member agrees to put away equipment and re-rack weights after use.

Member agrees to refrain from foul or derogatory language especially if children are present.

Member agrees to sanitize equipment after use.

Member will treat the gym respectfully and NOT DROP or THROW weights.

Cancellation & Guest Policies

* Some companies pay for their employee's accounts and some don't. Either way, you must still read and check the boxes below.

To cancel memberships, fill out a cancellation notice 30 days prior to your next billing date. We do NOT accept cancellations by email, text, social media messages, voicemail or word of mouth.

If cancelling your account within 30 days of the draft date you will have one more draft before your request takes place.

If payment draft declines and is not collected within 10 days of the draft date at late fee of $15 will be accessed to your account.

If account is 2 months behind, it will be cancelled. Outstanding fees will be sent to collection with an additional $99 collections fee. Pro Fit 24, LLC is not responsible for the collections company reporting on your credit report, if payment is not collected.

Guest policy: if bringing a guest they will have to fill out a 5 day trial pass. After that if they wish to return not as a member, they must pay a daily guest pass fee of $10. A guest may only attend during staffed business hours.
