4 Week Summer Slimdown

Ah yes... toes in the sand, sun in your face and a trim body to go with it!  This is a 4 week ALL IN program which combines Camp Pro Fit, a cardio program and a strict meal plan to get you into that swimsuit and looking fine! Current and Previous, Camp Pro Fit, Nutrition, Personal Training, and Online Clients! Each month, we'll be doing different outings, gatherings, fun runs and mud runs! Each one of you are always welcome to join in on the fun! Also each Saturday is now a FREE community boot camp at Camp Pro Fit so bring your friends and get your sweat on! Here's the schedule of events and activities for June and July. 


Camp Pro Fit - June Muscle Schedule

Classes M-F 5am 9am 5pm 6pm and Sat 9am

  • Mon: Legs & Back

  • Tues: Chest, Shoulders & Abs

  • Wed: Arms, Kickboxing & Cardio

  • Thurs: Plyo Legs & Abs

  • Fri: Back & Shoulders

  • Sat: Full Body & Cardio

(Sat class is FREE)
