Hey guys and gals! I'm Coach Laura!
I am a mother of 3 amazing kids and have accomplished a lot in my life. The best part is being their mom, the second is being a trainer. I became a trainer to overcome many of my own problems and to help others with theirs.
I was born with one of the chambers in my heart enlarged. I had open heart surgery when I was 5 years old and was told there was so much I couldn't do. I have crossed ever boundary put on me by my heart problems through fitness. Fitness saved my life and allowed me to complete and compete in a muscle competition. I am passionate and tenacious when it comes to completing goals and hitting those milestones.
