All that we as is that you fill out a questionnaire prior to the consultation. We'll be needing information like: time you wake up and go to sleep, your work schedule including lunch and break times, what time you will be exercising, your blood type (if known), any food allergies, health issues, etc...

Custom Nutrition Coaching Includes:

• Meal Plan made specifically for YOU based on information you provide, including your goals, starting point, food likes/dislikes, etc...

• Initial consult whether in person or by phone

• Email/text support from your coach

• Weekly check ins with your coach

• If you are local, your coach will do assessments in person here at our facility.

• If you are online only, you will be required to send in your measurements, weight, pictures (front back and sides).

 

*Meal plans will be revised according to dietary coaches recommendations.
