Fit Camp is a program is designed for those who are beginners, who have never exercised, or are intermediate exercisers that haven’t worked out in a while. It also benefits those who don’t know: how to exercise safely or execute proper form, their way around the gym or how to use the equipment, what exercises to do, or where to begin on their fitness journey. Consider this a 4 week hands on fitness education camp while actually exercising. You also get an eBook with 8 lessons on exercising, how your metabolism works, nutrition, etc... Classes are 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This a small group training class of up to 4 people only.
Note: If you would like this class brought to your local gym by a Coach, please have a Coach contact our office. If the Coach decides to become a Pro Fit Coach, he/she will have access to the Pro Fit Coach database and can begin Fit Camp classes at your gym or wherever the Coach desires.

CANCELLATION POLICY: This is a 4 or 8 week in-person class and also includes an online Pro Fit Plus subscription. You have the option of ONE 4 week session, TWO 4 week sessions. Once your 4 or 8 weeks are finished your account will cancel unless you re-sign online or with your Coach in person.
