It all starts with a Fitness Assessment!

The fitness assessment gives us the opportunity to better understand your goals, body composition, and select the best package to fit your needs. 

BEGINNERS CAMP

Whether it's just on your bucket list to step onstage or you dream of winning your pro card in a bodybuilding, bikini, figure or physique competition, Pro Fit 24 has the expertise to help you. 

 

It is a lot of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication.  But, if you put in the time we can help you make your experience on the stage a memorable and successful one. 

Join our Beginners Camp for a better understanding of the expectations for a fitness athlete's daily routine, training program, meal plan and body standards in accordance with organizations such as Musclemania, National Physique Committee (NPC), International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) and more.

Includes:

  • 2 hour session (1st & 3rd Saturday of the month)

  • Body composition and fitness check

  • Workout program and adjustments, depending on your body composition

  • Basic meal plan and adjustments, depending on your body composition

  • Q&A session from the competition coaches

OFF SEASON

Our "Off Season" program is built to help a fitness athlete make necessary improvements prior to the start of your competition prep. We work with athletes in all event categories to include - bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness, bikini, and model.

One-on-one personal training with a detailed nutrition program; resulting in the fastest, most efficient route to the physique you are working so hard for.

Included: 

  • Weekly Consult and Body Analysis 

    • We'll go over your training history, body type, strong and weak points, body fat percentage, measurements, and goals.

  • Detailed weekly workout regimen provided to you. 

    • Optional 60-minute training sessions to give the extra push

  • “Off-season” meal plan for optimal results that takes in account your caloric needs, optimal macro nutrient ratios, and supplementation.

  • Bi-Weekly picture assessment, measurements and body fat percentage checks.

COMPETITION PREP

Our "Competition" program is customized to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to guide you every step of the way, helping to build your confidence, conditioning, and stage presence. Creating the total package needed to be stage ready. We work with all event categories to include – bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness, bikini, and model.

 

Workouts and meal plan are geared towards expedient body fat loss while maintaining the right amount of muscle for your competition.

Includes: ​

  • Everything in the "Off Season" program

  • New weight training, cardio and supplementation guidelines that take you week by week up until your show date.

  • Stricter meal plan with updated macro-nutrients, supplementation recommendations and water/sodium parameters, when applicable.

  • Posing class to perfect your technique and look your best, as needed.

  • In addition to the normal nutrition programming, you'll get a final "showtime" week meal plan “peak week” manipulation of food, sodium, and water in the days leading up to the competition.

$399 per month for 3 sessions per week

$599 per month for 4 sessions per week

$799 per month for 5 sessions per week

*Excludes: Coach on day of competition, posing attire, tanning, hair, make-up, organization fees, photography session, travel, and lodging. 

ALL INCLUSIVE COMPETITION PREP

Our "All Inclusive" program is customized to meet your specific needs and provide a low stress atmosphere leading up to and on competition day. Our goal is to alleviate your stress by managing the majority of needs outside of conditioning and training; allowing you to completely focus. We work with all event categories to include – bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness, bikini, and model.

Includes: 

  • Everything in the "Off Season" & "Competition Prep" program.

  • Unlimited number of one-on-one training sessions per week, depending on various factors.

  • We'll cover your organization fees associated with competition.

  • We'll also cover competition day logistics which include hair, make-up, posing attire, tanning, and hotel.

  • Everything in the "Competition Day" program

  • Professional photography session

  • Access to the "Modeling & Branding" program

*Excludes: Travel

COMPETITION DAY

Be sure to take one of our Competition Coaches with you on competition day. We can be there to offer hands-on help at the show!

Includes:

  • Backstage support making sure you’re meal timing is on and you pump up at the right times.

  • High resolution pictures when you’re onstage.

  • Contest Timeline for you that covers everything from pre-show, check-in time and the award's ceremony

MEAL PLANS

Looking for customized meal plan to take your competition prep to the next level? Our "Meal Plans" will evaluate your current eating habits and put together a nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster. 

 

Firstly, we look at your current performance level. By taking into account your body composition (body fat %), body type, how active you are, and which event you plan to compete in; we'll create a personalized meal plan to meet your competitive needs. 

Includes: 

  • Customized meal plan.

  • Weekly check in and adjustments.

  • Updated macro-nutrients, supplementation recommendations and water/sodium parameters.

  • All changes are depending on body composition. 

 

POSING CLASS

With our "Posing Class" program, we'll help you better understand on stage posing standards in accordance with organizations such as Musclemania, National Physique Committee (NPC), International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB), etc., via online or in person.

Includes: 

  • 1hr 30min posing session

  • On stage routine choreography.

  • Mock judging by our competition coaches.

  • Mock competition - preparing you for individual call out and group call out.

  • We answer all the questions you may have about where to buy posing attire, which bronzers/tanners/oils to use, when to be ready, etc

  • For additional or individual posing classes, $50 per class. 

MODELING & BRANDING

Want to start your professional career as a fitness model? Need portfolio shots and branding tips? Join our group class to meet with a fitness model and learn what it takes to become a professional fitness model. 

Included:

  • 1hr session

  • The "How To's" and "Posing" for the camera

  • Mock photo shoot with professional photographer

  • Help in determining your digital marketing strategy

  • Q&A session from fitness model

  • List of preferred professional photography
