Entering Your Chili 

$250 Grand Prize Winner

First, enter by contacting us below with your details. Please make your chili ahead of time. You are responsible for keeping it in your own warming device with a lid. We will supply electrical outlets however you must  bring your own electrical chord. Your chili will be numbered to keep it anonymous to everyone. We will have staff/volunteers available for serving the chili eaters and judges. Please have chili set up by 11am. Judging will be between 11:30am to 1:30pm. One chili will be deemed "Best Tasting Chili in Spring" and awarded the Grand Prize of $250 and a 1 year gym membership at Pro Fit 24 Gym. There will only be one grand prize winner. If there is a tie, there will be a secondary judging. To enter your Chili there will be a $20 donation.

Vendors/Craft Vendors

A vendor space is a $30 donation. This will include 2 meal bracelets. You must bring your own table and set up prior to 11am. Electrical will not be available to vendors as all outlets will be used to keep chili warm. Event will be mainly outdoors so plan accordingly. Please fill out the contact form and wait to be contacted BEFORE paying for your booth space as we want to make sure we don't have any duplicate vendors.

Chili Eaters /Tickets/ Judging/Raffles 

All Chili eaters are required to wear an event bracelet. Bracelets can be aquired for a $6 donation per person. Each bracelet gets you all the chili you'd like to eat plus ONE voting ticket. NO sharing please. After you try whichever chili choices you like, you can make your vote for your favorite Chili. Write your name and phone number/email on your ticket. After the judging is over we will gather all tickets and begin our raffle drawings. You do not need to be present to win a raffle. We will contact you within 12-24 hours by call/text. If you do not respond within 2 hours we will draw another ticket.

Inclement Weather

This event will take place rain or shine. If raining, it is possible to move as many as 12-14 vendors inside the gym and another 10+ along the corridor outside the gym. Chili tables can also be moved into the gym as well.

COVID Precautions

Chili will only be served by our staff/volunteers who are required to wear masks. You may not serve yourself. Social distancing may be a bit difficult however you have the right to do what you feel is right for you and your family. Masks are required when at the Chili serving tables. At the event in general masks are highly recommended but not required. Hand sanitizer stations and restrooms will be available for cleansing hands. Please do NOT come to this event if you are sick. All who attend this event choose to do so at their own risk.
